Wayne Davis is an experienced Education Strategist who has spent over 28 years working in various educational roles. He has expertise in different educational domains ranging from school administration and classroom instruction to Education Leadership and youth development training.
His passion lies in transforming education and empowering the youth to achieve their full potential. He understands the challenges and opportunities in the education landscape and has accomplished a lot in this field. He has created an environment that fosters success through innovative strategies and a commitment to academic excellence, personal growth, and community engagement.
Apart from his role as an educator, he is also actively engaged in entrepreneurial skill development training, facilitation as well as Organizational development, and problem-solving. He inspires individuals and organizations by equipping them with the tools and mindset necessary for success. Sharing his expertise and experiences, he strives to empower others to pursue their passions and make a positive impact.
Davis founded Bright Future School when he was just 24 years old, which gave him invaluable insights into the challenges faced by the youth. He understands the obstacles they encounter, including limited access to capital, the need for clear focus, goal setting, and motivation to thrive under challenging circumstances. With this knowledge, he is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that address these barriers and pave the way for their success.
His commitment to education and youth empowerment goes beyond local endeavors. He served as a member and then Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee from 2012 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2018, respectively, in the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) Africa Region. These roles have given him the opportunity to make a global impact and advocate for the importance of youth leadership and development. Currently, he serves as a member of the World Scout Committee (2021 -2024).
Davis firmly believes in the power of education to create a brighter future. He is passionate about fostering an environment where young people can take the lead in driving positive change.
Under his stewardship, Bright Future School has flourished, impacting over 20,000 students with a curriculum that emphasizes academic excellence, personal growth, and community engagement. Beyond academia, Davis's entrepreneurial and youth development initiatives are equipping tomorrow's leaders with the skills to succeed.

His work with the WOSM Africa Region and as Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee has solidified his role as an advocate for sustainable development and youth leadership.
Spearheaded the start-up and successful operations of this growth-oriented K-12 school with 2,000+ students across campuses in Addis Ababa and Hawassa. Recruited, trained, mentored, and managed a top-performing team of 283 academic associates dedicated to delivering excellence in education. Proactively directed all business- and education-specific strategies for the school while ensuring the school consistently met the Ministry of Education and Educational Development International(EDI) standards for comprehensive licensing and standardization requirements.
Manages the company's overall operations. He is the principal consultant and manages strategic planning workshops for nonprofit as well as for-profit companies, higher educational institutions, and governmental offices.
